I have tested a lot of ROMS since 7 month ago and i have found 5 BEST ROM for galaxy Ace This is the FIRST I will post the rest when i have time
This Rom Created By ImbaWind from XDA i m just sharing it to every one ( Only For Galaxy Ace s5830)

First you need : Recovery Clock Work Mod install it using recovery mod
1. Turn off phone
2. Press home and power button
3. When the screen light up release the power buttong but keep holding on home button
4. Now u are in recovery mod swipe up and down using volume key and select using home button
5. Install clock work mod then reboot the phone again and do the same to get in to clock work mod

HOW TO INSTALL:
1. Install Clock Work Mod above if u dont have one
2. Wipe Fatory setting and cache
3. Wipe Dalvik Cache in Advance
4. Install Zip from sd card and Install Rom
5. Wait For like 3 minutes ( Just the first boot)
6. Enjoy the Rom and i m sure u will love it
One thing i m sure that this rom is still Base on our old beloved gingerbread so all old app work but faster and better.
Really good for gaming and Internet ( I completed Mass Effect from EA in this ROM :) )
Have much ram from 180-220 and can overclocked max to 902 but i suggest using overclock at 864 or 883 and set at PERFORMANCE in SET CPU ( ROOT Needed) ( Dont Overclock to 902 it will make phone Freeze Just use 883 or safer 864)
Use Swapper 2 for better Ram at playing games Swapper 256 swapiness 100
Also u need this Terminator Emulator ( ROOT Needed) to Free Ram and a lot of stuffs
Go in to terminator emulator and type these:
su
boost
It will release ram usage That meant more Ram for gaming
Task Manager in terminator
su
tm
