Manual Steps:
This one is easy
1) Search either your money or even better search.... dollars (Use GameCih or GG)
2) Change to whatever you like.
3) Buy something your cash will change.
You can also do the same with ammo and claymores and grenades. Enter amount of ammo shoot a few off then search again new # and shot again and search new again then change to desired amount.
